*WHAT MATERIALS ARE OUR PRODUCTS MADE OF?

We work with different base materials such as silver, brass, stainless steel, etc.

Most of our pieces are later gold-plated, so we recommend reading the description of each product where the material is specified.

As for our clothing, the composition is 100% cotton.


*HOW LONG DOES THE GOLD PLATING LAST?

We do not guarantee the durability of the gold plating on our pieces. The speed at which it fades depends on many factors such as the use of chemicals on the skin, sun exposure, or even each person’s skin PH level. For these reasons, gold-plated pieces require more care than silver ones.


*WHAT WARRANTY DO THE PRODUCTS HAVE?

All our products have a 3-month warranty as long as it can be determined that it is a manufacturing defect and not caused by misuse of the piece.

To request this, please send an email to info@amorimori.com with your order number, an explanation of the issue, and a photo of the product.


*WHAT HAPPENS IF A PRODUCT IS SOLD OUT?

For sold out products, you can leave your email in the “Notify me when available” section and you will receive an email when the item is back in stock.

*HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

It depends on the option you choose:

- Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days, free throughout Spain.
- Canary Islands: 5–10 business days.
- Europe: 10–20 business days.
- Rest of the world: 15–25 business days.

For shipments to the Canary Islands, your ID number is required as Correos requests it in order to process customs clearance. You can include it in the notes of your order or send it by email to info@amorimori.com

Please note that free exchanges or returns are not included for the Canary Islands.
