Shipping Exchanges and Returns
SHIPPING
In Spain:
- Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days: free to all of Spain (except the Canary Islands - €4.95)
- 24h Shipping: Shipping takes 24h - 48h working days from the time it leaves our warehouses, "ccost 5.95€".
Shipments to the Canary Islands: your ID number will be required as Correos requires it for this type of shipment in order to carry out the corresponding customs procedures. You can put it in the notes of your order or by sending us an email to info@amorimori.com
Outside Spain:
- Europe: €8.95
- Rest of the world: €14.95.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Guarantee of our products:
All our products have a 3-month warranty as long as it can be seen that it was a factory error and not due to misuse of the part.
What do I do if one of my products arrives defective?
We check all our products before they leave our offices so we hope this doesn't happen. Otherwise, please contact us via email info@amorimori.com
We recommend that you include the following details when you email us:
- Order number.
- A description of the defect.
- Photo(s) showing the defect.
Order exchange and return:
It can be done for any reason (except customized products) and in the form FREE in Spain (Except in the Canary Islands).
- If a second change is necessary, this would cost €8.
It's very simple, Write to us at info@amorimori.com indiLet us know your order number and whether you want an exchange (tell us what exchange you need) or a return.
- The time period to exchange or return an item is 30 days from the date of delivery of the order.
- To do this, we ask that the products are in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use, otherwise we will not be able to help you.
- Please send the item using its original packaging, along with any instructions, documentation and packaging that may accompany it.
- We will send you a label to stick on the bag. and drop it off at any post office. Use the original bag that we sent you, as this, apart from being biodegradable, 🌱 can be reused!

Returns for orders outside the Peninsula or International:
Once the return is confirmed by email in info@amorimori.com el The customer must send the product to be returned to our workshop at their own expense.
- In all cases, once received in our workshop on product returned in perfect condition, we will carry out the refund in the same way in which the payment was made and you will be notified by email with the confirmation.
