We hope you enjoy your AMORI MORI. If for any reason it does not meet your expectations, you can exchange or return your order within the established period: 15 days from the delivery date.

To accept an exchange or return, the items must meet the following conditions:

- Clothing items must not have been worn or washed.
- All tags and original packaging must be kept. If you no longer have the original envelope or box, please send it in one of similar dimensions (if these conditions are not met, additional charges may apply).
- Items must not show stains, odors, traces of makeup, deodorant, creams, or any other signs of use.

You will receive the return label by email and the refund to the original payment method or via IBAN within up to 10 business days from the moment the return is approved*.

You can also choose store credit: you will receive an email with the value of the item to use on a new purchase.

*We will validate your return once we receive it and confirm that it complies with our return policy.
