💍WHAT MATERIAL ARE OUR PRODUCTS MADE OF?
We work with different base materials: from silver, brass, steel…
Most of our pieces are subsequently gold plated so we recommend reading the description of each product where the material is specified.
💎 HOW LONG DOES GOLD PLATED COLOR LAST?
We do not guarantee the durability of the gold plating of our pieces. The speed at which it disappears depends on many factors such as the use of chemicals on the skin, sun exposure or even the PH level of each person's skin. For these reasons, the pieces Gold plated ones require more care than silver ones.
💍 WHEN CHOOSING A RING, WHAT WOULD BE MY SIZE?
Don't worry, at AMORI MORI all our rings are adjustable so you won't have any problems when buying the ring you want.
💎 WHAT WARRANTY DO THE PRODUCTS HAVE?
All our products have a 3-month warranty as long as it can be seen that it was a factory error and not due to misuse of the part.
To do this you must send an email toinfo@amorimori.com with your order number, explaining the problem and a photo of the product.
💍 WHAT HAPPENS IF A PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK?
For out-of-stock products, you have the option of leaving us your email in “Notify me when available” and you will receive an email when it is back in stock.
💎 HOW MUCH ARE SHIPPING COSTS?
- Peninsula and Balearic Islands: "standard" Free
- Canary Islands: 4,95€
- Europe: €8.95
Rest of the world: €14.95 (for these shipments AMORI MORI is not responsible for any possible customs charges in the destination country).

💍 HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A SHIPMENT TO ARRIVE?
It depends on the option you choose:
- Standard Shipping : 2-5 business days, free to all of Spain.
- Canary Islands: 5-10 business days.
Express Shipping ( Orders placed within Spain, except the Canary Islands ) : Shipping takes 24-48 business hours from the time it leaves our warehouses, "c cost 5.95€ ".
- Europe : 10-20 business days.
- Rest of the world : 15-25 business days.
Shipments to the Canary Islands: your ID number will be required as Correos requires it for this type of shipment in order to carry out the corresponding customs procedures. You can put it in the notes of your order or by sending us an email toinfo@amorimori.com
Please also note that free exchange or return is not included in the Canary Islands.
💎 CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY ORDER?
Of course!
It's very simple, you can do it for any reason and in any way. FREE (Orders placed within Spain except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla).
- Write to us atinfo@amorimori.com indi Let us know your order number and whether you want an exchange (tell us what exchange you need) or a return.
- The time period to exchange or return an item is 30 days from the date of delivery of the order.
- To do this, we ask that the products are in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use, otherwise we will not be able to help you.
- Please send the item using its original packaging, along with any instructions, documentation and packaging that may accompany it.
- We will send you a label to stick on the bag. and drop it off at any post office. Use the original bag that we sent you, as this, apart from being biodegradable,🌱 can be reused!
- If a second change is necessary, this would cost €8.
For exchanges outside the peninsula, the buyer must send us the order via the means of transport of their choice, being responsible for the shipping costs. Once we receive it, we will proceed to exchange or return it.
💍 WHAT DO I DO IF ONE OF MY PRODUCTS ARRIVES DEFECTIVE?
We check all our products before they leave our offices so we hope this doesn't happen. Otherwise, please contact us via email info@amorimori.com
We recommend that you include the following details when you email us:
- Order number.
- A description of the defect.
- Photo(s) showing the defect.
💎 I HAVE ENTERED THE SHIPPING ADDRESS WRONG, HOW CAN I CHANGE IT?
If you want to change the address you have to do it immediately because orders usually go out the same day or the next day. To change the address you have to send us an email toinfo@amorimori.com
